The Tech, Without the Tech-Speak
Our infrared heaters are all about fast, focused warmth. The science is pretty straightforward. Inside a tough quartz tube, a high-powered halogen element creates intense infrared radiation. That energy shoots out in a straight line, right where you need it. That’s why you feel the heat almost immediately. No waiting around for air to slowly recirculate or for heavy convection to kick in. We designed these to run on serious power, the kind you find in industrial settings. Depending on what your site has available, they run on either 220V–240V or 380V–400V. Going with higher voltage lets us deliver more wattage without drawing excessive current. This means you can use smaller wiring and avoid voltage drop over distance. A typical unit can be set up at around 2500W, which gives you the kind of heat density needed to make a real difference in exposed outdoor spots.
Built to Take a Beating
The halogen element is housed in a quartz tube, specifically chosen because it can handle sudden temperature changes. It heats up fast and stays stable, even with the constant on-off cycling that outdoor heaters go through. The tube itself is coated to control the output spectrum and protect the filament. This keeps the performance consistent and helps extend the heater’s life. Installation was a big part of the design. We use R7s connectors, so wiring it up is as simple as a drop-in replacement. The wall-mount footprint is compact, and the whole housing is sealed tight to stand up to the elements. These components are built to take whatever wind, moisture, and temperature swings you can throw at them.
Where It Shines
In the real world, this setup is perfect for changing rooms, building entrances, and outdoor seating areas. The heater delivers that quick, directional warmth, so you don’t have to waste energy trying to heat the entire volume of air. Of course, there’s a trade-off, but it’s a manageable one.
